“ I’ve visited Les Nymphéas a handful of times now and each experience has been even better than the last (and the first visit was great so that’s saying a lot!) The food is simply phenomenal, featuring local ingredients and unexpected yet delightful flavor combinations. On my most recent visit I ordered the duck dish for the second time because I’m quite simply obsessed: it’s served with a fig honey sauce and pistachio crumble. The setting is worth the trip as well. The site is natural and relaxing. On my first visit earlier this year during warmer weather, I had the pleasure of enjoying my dinner on their outdoor terrace, a truly exceptional spot that you don’t want to leave once you’ve finished eating. The staff is friendly and ready to propose wine pairings for your meal, all of which are local too and have been excellent. The menu changes regularly, so I guess I have to plan another visit to find my next favorite item! ”
